Agency is committed to the provision of uniform quality of patient care and services for all patients admitted to the agency. All patients, regardless of race, color, creed, sex, age, handicap, disability, sexual orientation, or national origin are provided with the same quality of care throughout the agency. Clinical services are available and provided by the licensed home care services agency professionals and paraprofessionals twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7 )days a week.

Office hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. After hours, weekends and holidays availability is through the agency’s on-call system which is accessed by calling the site/office’s regular telephone number.
